Email or call our support team with your order number and details regarding the specific items you wish to return or exchange.
Receive Authorization
Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with instructions for shipping the product back to us.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack the unopened tea products in their original packaging and include the RMA number inside the box before mailing it to our distribution center.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue a replacement within 7-10 business days.
